As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for calling and prospecting businesses while achieving sales goals and executing a sales plan. Utilizing a CRM system to manage and generate leads, manage accounts and opportunities, contact information and forecasting reports.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with current and new customers at all stages of the sales cycle to include targeting, prospecting, and presenting compelling business propositions
- Maintain consistent sales growth by maintaining existing accounts and continually identifying & developing new sales opportunities within those accounts
- Prepare and present sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of Onward
- Work with technical staff and other internal stakeholders to meet customer needs at any level
- Follow up with customers on existing and new quotes on a regular basis
- Track and record activity on customer accounts and help to close deals to meet sales targets
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with Engineering and IT Professional Staffing, as well as experience with or exposure to other Engineering Services related offerings preferred
- Ability to develop sales strategies, conduct cold calls, make sales presentations, develop service and pricing proposals and close clients.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong emphasis on the ability to listen and present appropriate solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
