SUMMARY In this position, the co-worker will work with little supervision, and perform assembly/set-up operations, operate brazing equipment, and recognize compliance to customer requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned. Follows process instructions detailed in routers, including set-up, racking/loading, processing and inspection of customer parts. Able to identify faulty operations and obvious nonconforming product during production. Demonstrates understanding of how process settings impact the product produced. Sets and monitors relevant process settings based on established router procedures, (i.e., temperature, gas flows, belt speeds, process timers, pressure/vacuum levels, for all equipment. Reads engineering drawings of customer parts for correct processing. Performs all duties in compliance with safety requirements. Maintains a safe and clean working environment at all times. Satisfies customers’ quality requirements. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
