Senior Compensation Analyst

​​​​​​​Senior Compensation Analyst (Omaha, NE)
  • Position Responsibilities:
    • Support Supply Chain and Supply Chain HR Partners
    • Client Support, provide feedback/recommendations, and reporting/analytics
    • Participate in ad hoc projects throughout the year (ex: job harmonization project, reviewing job descriptions to identify market pricing/structure)
    • Participate in pay equity and planning (utilizing new system – Syndio)
  • Skillset:
    • Critical Thinking
    • Analytical mindset
    • Customer Service approach (being able to influence/push back as needed)
    • Prefer someone with Comp experience
    • Workday (preferred) or HRIS system experience
    • Industry experience is open
  • Work Environment:
    • Omaha (hybrid 3 days in the office Tues – Thurs)
    • No Work travel (may attend a conference)
  • Compensation:
    • Competitive salary + bonus
    • Open to providing relocation assistance to Omaha
