The Accounting Manager is responsible for handling the financial records and reporting for Company.  This position reports to the CEO.


  • Compile Monthly & Annual Financial statements in a timely manner - and review them with outside CPA
  • Manages company’s financial records, assists with budget preparations, and forecasting.
  • Manages all financial transactions.
  • Manages accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconcile bank statements; update the trial balance; manage the profit-loss statement, balance sheets and completes physical check run.
  • Manages federal state tax deposits; file state taxes and completes annual tax forms.
  • Process payroll (done through HRIS – Paylocity).
  • Manages Commission payments
  • Manages 401k program – completes all forms and filings
  • File Worker’s Compensation with required states
  • Oversee the operations of the accounting department (2-3 employees), supports the team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity


  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of Cost accounting experience in Manufacturing
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Microsoft Dynamics accounting experience is highly preferred
  • Attitude: Strong desire to succeed as part of a team; interest in contributing to a positive company culture; willingness to persist until the job is done right for the customer and embrace the Company “Support Built In” philosophy.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal form; skilled at persuading various parties with disparate viewpoints to reach agreement
  • Computer skills – ERP experience, Microsoft 365
  • Judgment and Decision Making — Understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
