Electrical Automation Engineer – Commissioning Engineer
Location: Northfield, MA
Electrical Automation Engineer / Commissioning Engineer role in Northfield, Massachusetts.
This is a three-week assignment and it will be starting December 15.
In this exciting position, you will be performing wet commissioning. This is an ideal job for an Electrical or Automation Engineer with knowledge in the MIV control system.
The functional test of the MIV through PLC includes:

• Tests of the control valves and instruments of the hydraulic unit
• Functional test of the MIV in manual mode
• Tests of the application of the downstream and upstream seat
• Tests of the by-pass valve in wet conditions
• Test of the opening and closing of the spherical valve in wet conditions
• Test of the interlock valve
• Test in remote mode
• Sequence tests and operating time adjustments
• Troubleshooting the logic
• Recording the test results
