IT Quality/Test Engineer 40555 100 percent remote role
We're seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer with a solid understanding of both manual and automated testing methodologies, specifically in API and Performance testing. The ideal candidate will have experience working with tools like Karate for API testing and JMeter for performance testing
Education & Experience Required:
NO degree and/or Associates, must have 10+ years’ experience required in this capacity.
Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s degree must have 8+ years’ experience required.
Technical Skills (Required)
Fundamental understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.Strong eagerness to learn and grow in the field of software testing.
Proven experience in manual and automated software testing, including hands-on experience with API testing frameworks such as Karate, Postman, or RestAssured for API testing or JMeter for performance testing.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is advantageous.
