Knowledge Based Engineer | KBE Engineer
Location: Windsor, Ontario
100% Remote | Occasional trips to the US for meetings | Occasional travel to Mexico as needed

You will love working as a Knowlege Based Engineer in Windsor, Ontario.
If you are an engineer with experience working with NX CAD design software or Catia CAD design software this could be the perfect job for you.

Responsibilities
* Covering CAD (Catia/NX) parametric math models for commodities using Knowledge Based Engineering template modeling techniques.
* Position requires extensive knowledge of Catia/NX modeling and an extensive background in developing, packaging and synthesizing complex vehicle systems.
* Additional responsibilities include dictating architecture and construction techniques, creating master development, packaging and requirement sections, defining master template modeling structures and training other Catia/NX engineers on modeling techniques and architecture.

Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* At least 2 years of CAD modeling with Siemens NX.
* At least 2 years of robust modeling with Siemens NX.
* At least 2 years of Parametric CAD modeling with Siemens NX.

Preferred Requirements:
* At least 2 years of Body in White Automotive Engineering experience is preferred.
* Product launch or assembly plant experience is preferred.
* Dimensional control understanding and knowledge of GD&T part-to-part variation / clearance is preferred.
