Experienced Designer to support our fast-paced design-led process. Someone with fresh ideas, serious curiosity, passion, and creative drive that is ready to be part of a collaborative design team.
One that will grow high profile customer accounts, support designer cross training, and creatively support departmental initiatives. An individual with a creative and technical skill set that supports our customers’ unique display needs.
As a problem solver, contribute to the design and sales process for potential and existing customers, guiding the right product solution per defined project scope. This process will require the execution of several tasks and services listed below. Depending on level of opportunity, client type, and custom requirements other team members and or related departments may support the process. Scope of opportunities will vary. Designer must be able to project manage multiply opportunities within defined timelines.
What you will be responsible for…

• New & Existing Account Development – Through professional and creative design skills promote and secure sales of company products and services;
• Maintain strong product line knowledge to match customer need with right solution;
• Exude positive attitude and enthusiasm for success and influence other with this attitude;
• Demonstrate willingness to continually learn about the Retail Industry to better understand and grow company in that market place
• Ability to quickly interpret customer need and effectively communicate appropriate design solutions back both verbal & written as needed
• Spanish speaking is a plus
• Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to multi-task and still maintain a sharp eye for detail
• Demonstrate effective stress management & time management skills

Skills you will need to cut it…

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an arts or design field of study
• A solid proficiency in 3D AutoCAD and strong understanding and ability to implement basic design principles.
• Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and others a plus, but not required
• Ability to communicate quickly, clearly, and effectively across multiple departments and managerial levels
• Ability to work successfully in a strong team environment;
