| Requirements: • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Materials /Chemical/ Civil/ Aerospace/Computer) from an ABET accredited University. • 5 years' experience in electrical systems design, development, or test engineering. • Experience in validation of complex systems. • Communication bus (CAN / LIN / other) operation knowledge and experience in using diagnostic tools. • Experience developing DVP&R and detailed electrical test procedures. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Ability to multitask many assignments and coordinate testing for numerous validation test engineers and programs. Preferred Requirements: • Master's degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited University. • Advanced degree in a technical or business area. • Electrical system design and manufacturing knowledge. • Experience with troubleshooting and root cause of electrical systems. • DFSS Green Belt. • Reactive Green Belt.
