Mechanical Engineer role in Mossville, Illinois. In this exciting Mechanical Engineer role, you will be supporting Caterpillar Industrial Power Systems Large L4 Platform Team by providing engineering support to 7 engineers throughout the design lifecycle of a diesel engine. The role will focus primarily on improving the velocity of engine programs through lifecycle management excellence from design through manufacturing. What you’ll be doing:
Engineering releasing and change management support.
Engine design auditing.
Engineering 3D Model creation and management.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in the field.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
Experience working with Caterpillar Engineering Tools including Teamcenter, Lifecycle Management and CAT Engineering Data System.)
