Project Engineer role in East Peoria, Illinois.
In this exciting Project Engineer role, you will lead 6 Sigma Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) projects within drivetrain (torque converters, transmissions, axles, final drives, electric drive and CVT).

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Business or an equivalent level of work experience. Three to five years of professional level experience minimum.

Technical Skills
(Required) - Must have the ability to learn and do quality/statistical analysis and have basic computer skills.
(Desired) Knowledge of other functions that provide inputs regularly, i.e., Product Development, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations.

Soft Skills
(Required)- Demonstrated excellent project management skills, team leadership skills, and excellent communication skills
(Desired) - Must be very customer focused and can drive change throughout the enterprise effectively.  Must be able to manage risk and ambiguity on a project.
