Project Manager role in Peoria, Illinois. This is a hybrid role and you will be able to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
What you’ll be doing:
You will be responsible for day to day management of Caterpillar Digital Support projects.
You will be responsible for overall client relationship management.
You will analyze support data to identify trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree plus at least 2 years of experience. Candidates with no degree and at least 4 years of account management experience will also be considered.
2+ years of account management (client relationship management) experience.
1+ years in project management, fluent with PM methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
1+ year of experience in analyzing data and identifying trends.
