Snowflake AWS Architect role / (IT Software 38372) Location: 540 W. Madison Avenue in Chicago, IL Hybrid role
You will love working as a Snowflake / AWS Architect in Chicago, Illinois. This is a hybrid role and you will be able to work from home 2 days a week. The hiring manager is looking for a local candidate who lives in the greater Chicago area. What you’ll be doing:
You will review the Snowflake integration design and you will use this design to continue to build multiple use cases.
You will manage the CI/CD of Snowflake changes.
You will administer the Snowflake environment.
You will automate the data quality actitives in Snowflake.
You will integrated AWS, Snowflake, PowerBI and UI Apps.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or a related field is required. Looking for at least 10 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or at least 8 years of experience with a Master’s degree.
AWS Certification SA (Solutions Architect) or Data and Analytics specialty required.
At least 3 years of Snowflake Architect level experience (Production Grade) with previous job titles such as Data Analytics Architect or Principle Engineer.
At least 5 years of AWS Cloud Experience (Production Grade).
At least 3 years of implementations in Snowflake with a strong understanding of advanced capabilities like ML Model Deployment and Snowflake Optimization experience using tools like auto clustering, warehouse, query plan etc.
